Your Dreams Will Hunt You Down

You probably had some dreams once upon a time. Bet they were hum-dingers too, but they probably scared the giblets out of you, and you ran away.

Well, you can run, but you can’t hide. Dreams, the really good ones anyway, will track you down like Dog the Bounty Hunter.

They’ll wait outside your workplace.

They’ll leave messages on your brain’s answering machine.

They’ll kick your front door in while you’re taking a shower.

You’ll go to visit a relative and the pests will be hanging out in the family room, sifting through your childhood memories.

You’ll be driving along some empty highway, just minding your own business, and wham, one of the things will pop up from your backseat and holler “Boo!”.

You want my advice? Stop running and turn yourself in, because they’re never going to let you rest. Dreams are vicious that way.
